Nar Phu valley Trek is the perfect example of the Himalayan wilderness. Opened to trekking only in 2003, the trekking in this region is filled with rugged and wild trails, going through the beautiful view of Nar and Phu. Alternative to the crowded Annapurna Circuit trek, this trip is a journey to enjoy the untouched Bhotia villages and diverse flora and fauna in the Manang region of the country. There are some amazing passes you will have to cross including the Thorong La Pass and the Kang La pass that give the amazing panorama of Annapurna range.
Accommodation will take place in a 4-star hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara and teahouses while on the trail. All of the rooms are on a twin-sharing basis while a single supplement will be served on request and charged additionally. Similarly, the rooms will include attached bathrooms, however, please take into consideration that some teahouses will only have shared washing and toilet facilities and that single rooms aren’t readily available as we trek higher.
During our trek, we can enjoy the staple Nepali diet of daal-bhat-tarkari as well the common international cuisine like Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian, etc. Breakfast and dinner will be served from the teahouse or lodge menu we’d spend the night at whereas lunch will be served on the way to the next destination. All meals will be provided during trekking while only breakfast will be available in Kathmandu and Pokhara. There will also be welcome and farewell dinners for guests.
